We are seeking a Medical Assistant -no prior experience needed- who enjoys supporting providers, assisting patients throughout their visit, and helping keep clinic operations running smoothly. ?? What You'll Do:
Greet patients, assist with check-in, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
Prepare for visits through chart scrubbing, pre-visit planning, and record updates.
Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings, review histories, and document accurately in the EHR.
Assist providers during exams and procedures, including setup and chaperoning as needed.
Manage delegated EHR inbox tasks such as referrals, normal results, refill requests, and patient cases.
Make follow-up calls and support care coordination with the clinical team.
Collect and process specimens, perform CLIA-waived tests, and complete quality control tasks as assigned.
Stock supplies, clean and organize exam rooms, and maintain equipment.
Assist patients with required paperwork and coordination with outside agencies.
Contribute to teamwork, excellent customer service, and a positive, mission-driven clinic culture.

? Requirements:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
BLS Certification (or obtained upon hire)
Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
CNA License
National Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA)
Phlebotomy experience
Two (2) years experience in community health or a physician's office
