Job Title:

Job Description:

Must work in a confidential manner to ensure confidentiality of project files.

Performs administrative and field support duties and may assist in composing routine correspondence and coordinating activities.

Assists in filing, copying, scanning and faxing documents.

May answer telephone calls, take messages and transfer calls.

Checks quality of own work.

May assist in coordinating meeting arrangements and catering services for department functions.

May order project or department supplies and maintain supply cabinet.

May distribute department bulletins.

Assists in distribution of incoming and outgoing documents throughout the office, including the field.

Keeps abreast of project departmental systems, services relevant to area of responsibility, process improvements, procedures, and practices.

Must be punctual and maintain a dependable level of attendance in accordance to project work rules.

Adheres to all safety procedures.

Coordinate the end -to-end processing of new hires (I-9 Verification, E-Verify).

Process employee data for payroll.

Runing background checks for new hires.

Strong experience with HR Systems and Microsoft Excel.
