Accounts Payable Clerk (Bilingual - Spanish)

Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Onsite

East Side of Indianapolis

A well-established distribution company on the east side of Indianapolis is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, data-driven environment.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume 3-way A/P matching (invoice, PO, receiving)

Heavy data entry, including manual entry of approximately 500 rebates

Process quarterly rebates (approximately 500 each cycle)

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of payables

Work within AS400 to support A/P and rebate processing

Communicate with internal teams and vendors as needed

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or high-volume accounting support

Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience with 3-way match processes

Familiarity with AS400 strongly preferred

Reliable, organized, and comfortable working fully onsite
