Wage - $45,760 annually

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Overnight Friday-Tue 11:30p-8:30am Wed and Thursday off

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the management of assigned residential living dorms, which include a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory and maintenance, social skills, dorm culture, and student leadership.

Essential functions:

Monitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to management.

Perform administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, negative incident reports, emergencies, and terminations.

Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program.

Direct dorm activities as designated.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience working with youth. Supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
