The Supply Chain Planner coordinates and expedites the flow of work and materials within and between departments according to a defined production schedule. This role reviews and distributes production, work, and shipment schedules, and compiles reports on inventory levels, costs, and related operational metrics. You will play a key role in planning and execution activities that support data center capacity and power planning, with high visibility to leadership and direct impact on critical capacity and execution decisions.
Responsibilities
Review and approve documents, materials, and products, monitoring work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Review and approve production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and establish material priorities.
Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress against plans and discuss required changes to schedules or resource allocations.
Revise production schedules as needed to address design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions that affect production or shipping timelines.
Distribute production schedules and work orders to relevant departments and ensure clear communication of priorities and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities and to resolve complaints, remove roadblocks, and eliminate delays.
Own day-to-day operational tracking of supply chain and capacity activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.
Analyze allocation and capacity data to support decision-making and identify risks or opportunities in inventory, production, and power planning.
Prepare and maintain shiproom metrics and dashboards that track key operational and capacity indicators.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, follow-ups, and closure on operational and planning actions.
Work closely with the team sponsor on executional ship-room and window planning activities to support timely and accurate shipments.
Collaborate with planners across multiple planning organizations to align on capacity, inventory, and operational plans.
Support operational planning and execution within the power planning function, contributing to data center capacity and power utilization decisions.
Accurately document and record operational, customer, and client information relevant to production, inventory, and shipping activities.
Essential Skills
8-10 years of related experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
3+ years of experience in data analysis using Excel and dashboards.
3+ years of experience in program or operations management.
2+ years of experience in stakeholder coordination and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
Ability to accurately document and record customer and client information.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and capacity planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Background in operations or program management with exposure to data analysis and supply chain or capacity planning.
Experience in cloud infrastructure operations or data center-related environments.
Experience creating and maintaining operational dashboards and metrics for leadership review.
Ability to engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders and leadership forums.
Comfort working in high-visibility roles with ownership of critical operational metrics.
Experience in operations management, program management, or supply chain management within complex, fast-paced environments.
Work Environment
This is a 100% on-site role based in Redmond, WA, with work performed Monday through Friday for approximately 40 hours per week. You will work in a professional office and data center-oriented environment focused on planning and supporting data center capacity and power operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
