Our client, a dynamic organization dedicated to efficient office operations, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the support staff ensuring smooth daily functions and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Guntersville, AL

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Perform accurate data entry using various computer programs

Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks

Coordinate UPS pickups and assist with outgoing shipments

Maintain organized records and files

What's Needed?

Comfortable answering and managing phone calls

Prior experience working with Microsoft Office

Familiarity with data entry and computer-based systems

Experience coordinating UPS pickups or similar shipping services is preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
