Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Req 15778 Administrative Assistant (Site Administrator) - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Req 15778 Administrative Assistant (Site Administrator) - 1st Shift, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Req 15778 Administrative Assistant (Site Administrator) - 1st Shift

Location: Byesville, OH

Pay Range: $20 to $23 per hour

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Manage visitor protocols to ensure safety and security

Coordinate employee communications and site engagement programs

Support administrative systems and documentation processes

Assist with HR-related processes and employee inquiries

Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment

What's Needed?

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic proficiency with administrative systems and office software

High school diploma or equivalent
