Job Responsibilities:?

Process Improvement: Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. ?

Technical Support: Provide support to production teams by troubleshooting equipment issues and recommending solutions to improve operational performance. ?

Documentation: Help create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows. ?

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality assurance, and production, to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies. ?

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. ?

Training: Assist in training production personnel on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. ? ?

Education:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. ?

Internship or relevant coursework experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred but not required . ?

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean principles. ?

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ?

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ?

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, data analysis software). ?
