Test Center Administrator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of a testing center by assisting candidates, monitoring testing sessions, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. This is a long-term contract position that requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in candidates, verifying their identity and ensuring they meet entry requirements.

Assist test-takers with the check-in process, including confirming they do not bring prohibited materials into the testing area.

Conduct regular walkthroughs of the testing room every 10-15 minutes to monitor compliance and prevent cheating.

Perform light administrative tasks, such as organizing documents and maintaining records.

Oversee web-based testing operations, ensuring all systems function correctly during testing sessions.

Provide security checks and address any issues that arise during testing.

Maintain a detail-oriented and supportive environment for all test-takers.

Use computer applications effectively to manage testing schedules and other operational needs. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or related roles.

Proficiency in using computer systems and applications to manage tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with test-takers in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.

Physical mobility to perform regular walkthroughs and monitor the testing area.

Familiarity with identity verification processes and security protocols.
