Medical Assistant - IMA Boulder Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $20.76 - $30.15 an hour - Full-TIme Days, 40 hours per week Boulder Community Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Internal Medicine Associates, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. Internal Medicine Associates of BCH (Boulder Community Health) is a leading primary care practice that offers comprehensive medical services for adults in the Boulder area. Specializing in internal medicine, the practice provides expert care in preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute medical issues. Responsibilities - Takes patient histories, vital signs and thoroughly documents in patient chart. - Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, including sterilization. - Assists physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals. - Assists with scheduling of tests and treatments. - Performs selected nursing and administrative duties. - Performs venipunctures and fingerstick phlebotomy, throat cultures, urinalysis, EKG's, and other laboratory procedures as directed About Boulder Community Health and Boulder, Colorado Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Boulder County community.
