Position Summary...
As a Senior Manager, Multi-Unit People Partner, you will step into a high-impact People leadership role where your work directly shapes culture, capability, and performance across the network. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to site leaders, translating operational priorities into workforce plans that strengthen engagement, talent pipelines, and compliance. In this role, you will also lead and develop People team members while driving scalable solutions that enhance the associate experience across a regional footprint.
This role supports multiple Supply Chain facilities with varying levels of operational complexity and geographic proximity. One site is located approximately 30 minutes from the primary location.
What you'll do...
Lead and execute the People strategy across multiple Supply Chain sites to enable operational excellence, growth, and workforce sustainability.
Translate business priorities into workforce plans spanning staffing, succession, internal mobility, and capability building.
Use people data and trends to identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions with measurable impact.
Coach leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and associate relations.
Ensure compliant, seamless people operations while partnering with COEs and peer People Partners to scale best practices.
What you'll bring....
Multi-site HR/People Partner experience in Supply Chain, manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations.
Demonstrated ability to build workforce plans, succession strategies, and talent pipelines tied to operational goals.
Strong associate relations and investigation capability, applying sound judgment and consistent decision-making.
Experience leading and developing People teams and influencing senior operational leaders.
Fluency using people metrics to diagnose issues, prioritize initiatives, and track outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
