Job Description
Rebound Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in beautiful Central Oregon. With 10 clinics across the region, we provide high-quality, accessible care to patients of all ages while supporting a lifestyle rooted in outdoor adventure, community connection, and professional growth.
Qualifications
Current or upcoming Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for Oregon licensure)
Experience treating a wide range of patient ages and diagnoses
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with patients, referral partners, and the community
Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000+ annually
Compensation is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is also eligible for discretionary incentive pay. Benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off are available per company policy.
