Overview

Leo Chicago is looking for an Account Supervisor who knows how to lead social-first and integrated campaigns, guiding bold creative work from culturally relevant insights serving as catalyst through production, launch and optimization.

This role sits at the center of the work and the client relationship. You'll partner with creatives, strategists, producers and media partners to deliver ideas that show up in culture - whether for CPG or retail brands - and make them work hard in the real world.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Lead social-led and integrated campaigns end-to-end: creative development, production, launches and ongoing optimization

Act as a confident, trusted day-to-day client partner, advocating for strong creative and smart strategy

Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, social and media teams to ensure ideas are ambitious and execution is seamless

Manage timelines, scopes, budgets and deliverables across multiple workstreams

Help teams move quickly through always-on content, social moments, and larger campaign initiatives

Champion the work - inspiring teams internally and clearly, persuasively representing the agency POV externally

Qualifications

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, including significant agency experience

Proven ability to lead social campaigns, with hands-on exposure to production and performance optimization

Experience working on CPG and/or retail brands

Strong creative judgment and a track record of productive partnerships with creatives and strategists

Solid understanding of integrated and social production workflows

A collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who can balance details with the bigger picture

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $107,835 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
