Pay Rate: $26/hour - Weekly Pay

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (1-year Contract)

What's a typical day as Contract Sales Coordinator? You'll be:

Auditing state customer purchase orders for compliance with state contracts, co-op contracts, programs, and policies.

Processing sales in John Deere's systems to ensure accurate and timely dealer settlements, credits, and invoicing to end-use customers.

Providing dealer channel and field team support, assisting with problem resolution, and interpreting policies and programs.

Preparing audit packets, responding to assigned tickets, and following up on pending deals.

Reporting directly to management and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Possess previous administrative experience, especially in accounting, finance, or auditing.

Are proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, and can effortlessly move between multiple digital systems.

Show strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and have the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

Are highly trainable, eager to learn, and able to work professionally with internal/external customers and dealers.

Can commit to an onsite schedule of at least 4 days a week, with the potential increase to 5 days as business needs evolve.
