Analyzing customer specifications and flowing requirements into manufacturing processes
Partnering with product engineering, manufacturing leadership, and support teams to meet business objectives
Defining and improving process layouts, workstation designs, and tooling to optimize product flow and operator performance
Supporting standardization initiatives and implementing company engineering strategies across programs
Resolving manufacturing process issues through problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Developing and maintaining quality plans, inspection plans, and test plans to ensure contract and customer requirements are met
Contributing to a strong safety culture by adhering to safe work practices and supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives

Candidate skills & requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
