Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will provide a variety of human resources management services in two or more of the following functional areas: recruitment and placement, personnel security, human resource development, employee benefits, performance management, and employee compensation. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications *Delegated Examining (DE) certification preferred but not required. The individual selected for the position will be required to obtain DE certification. GS-12: To be eligible, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing a variety of assignments requiring the application of HR concepts, principles, regulations and policy; planning recruiting approaches for medium and large-scale recruitment efforts and specialized positions; serving as an advisor to managers and other personnel on complex staffing issues and identifying and recommending solutions; performing the full range of examining functions including conducting job analyses and identifying competencies, creating assessment tools, creating vacancy announcements, reviewing applications, creating certificates of eligible applicants, and applying provisions of compensation and pay systems and coding personnel actions.
