The Northrop Grumman Communications team is looking for a dynamic, strategic and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Communications Manager 3 to lead the design and development of a consistent and impactful stakeholder journey. This role is critical in elevating our brand presence, driving business growth, and positioning the company as an industry leader across key markets.
This position will be located in Falls Church, VA, but open to a hybrid schedule. This is not a remote position.

In this job, you will:
Apply the skills noted above.
Design and deliver impactful, engaging integrated marketing plans to highlight Northrop Grumman's technologies and solutions; create memorable experiences and environments that demonstrate Northrop Grumman capabilities.
Oversee long-term strategic planning and near-term people and resource management.
Oversee the design and development of exhibits, demos, interactive experiences.
Develop and manage the annual trade show process and schedule, collaborating with internal teams to ensure trade show strategies support enterprise priorities and solutions.
Supervise a range of events, including national and international trade shows and engagements, ensuring excellence and innovation from the team.
Lead end-to-end project management of shows and events-from pre-planning to post-show reporting.
Define the best means of measuring performance and impact for each show to determine ROI and recommendations for future participation and continuous improvement.
Help lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations and ensure compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you'll have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field with ten (10) years of experience managing large-scale trade shows globally OR Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field with eight (8) years of experience managing large-scale trade shows globally.
Successful hands-on experience in integrated marketing, campaign development and execution.
Successful track record developing strategic communications plans, managing trade shows and events and delivering public relations.
Stellar project management, organizational and communication skills.
Proven results in driving innovative, immersive and experiential environments.
Successful experience leveraging data to create and execute communications strategies, plans, programs and events.
Experience with paid and social media channels and practices.
Deep understanding of exhibit design, event technologies, logistics and international regulations.
Experience with global customers, communication strategies and event management.
Experience working within or managing customer engagements, bonus if with a Fortune 500 company in the defense and technology arena.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multimillion-dollar budgets
Strong relationship building skills; proven track record of building collaborative partnerships to influence direction and drive progress at every level of the organization.
Ability to multitask, adapt and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure and with stakeholders atall levels.
Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
To excel, ideally, you'll also have the following preferred qualifications:
Have a CMP or CTSM certification.
Successful experience in account management, negotiation, developing and delivering event strategies that deliver ROI; vendor management.
Familiar with Customer Relations Management tools such as Salesforce.
Have worked in, and understand, a matrixed environment.
Knowledge of Northrop Grumman, our solutions and capabilities.
Experience establishing and advancing an organization's brand.
Primary Level Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $217,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
