Description
The world is being reshaped by artificial intelligence. Customer behaviors are evolving rapidly as AI becomes embedded in everyday experiences-changing how people work, learn, communicate, and interact with technology. Form factors are evolving, and for Amazon Devices, this represents a transformational moment.
Amazon's journey in portable devices began with Kindle, which revolutionized reading and created tremendous momentum that opened the door to expand into tablets. We've built a successful tablets business serving millions of customers. But the world has changed. Customer expectations are evolving, and new technologies are creating possibilities we're only beginning to explore.
