Join our fast-evolving, fun semiconductor manufacturing startup as a Mid-Level Recruiter on a 2-month contract starting ASAP with opportunity for extension/hire for the right fit! As a vital member of our small team, you'll help build best-in-class recruitment practices from scratch while hustling alongside technical and non-technical hiring managers.

Your Impact:

Manage and execute full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions

Regularly post, source, and manage candidates on LinkedIn

Follow up with candidates and managers to ensure a smooth process

Identify and implement improvements to our recruiting strategy

What We Want:

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; ideally some in tech or manufacturing

Strong organization and time management skills- you're great with lots of moving pieces

Excellent communication, especially with follow-ups and status updates to candidates and managers

Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes

Experience posting and managing candidates on LinkedIn is a MAJOR plus
