Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of daily office tasks. The role requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive work with diligence.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring records are properly maintained.

Organize and manage digital files, including renaming and saving files to designated locations.

Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements.

Address inquiries from clients and colleagues promptly and professionally.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, to complete various administrative tasks.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and completion of multi-step processes.

Proactively identify tasks during downtime and take initiative to support the team.

Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.

Maintain a welcoming and friendly office environment by assisting with receptionist duties. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency.

Moderate technical proficiency to navigate complex IT workflows and multi-step processes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with colleagues and clients.

A proactive attitude with the ability to identify and complete tasks independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to seek assistance.
