Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently. $25.00 - $30.00 / hour

What will you do?

Coordinate leadership calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and arrange travel itineraries as needed

Prepare agendas, meeting materials, packets, minutes, and follow-up tracking to support effective leadership meetings

Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, event files, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance records

Support daily office and event operations, including supplies, equipment, workspace setup, onboarding documentation, and logistical needs for games, concerts, and special events

Provide administrative, financial, and cross-departmental coordination support during routine operations and high impact or unexpected events

More about you

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment

Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic math skills

No degree required
