The team leads remodel construction projects for existing stores, ensuring budgets and schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards. They collaborate closely with contractors, facility management, and cross-functional partners to minimize operational impact and resolve construction challenges. They emphasize continuous development, coaching, and leadership to build a strong, performance-driven environment. What you'll do:
Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments, change orders, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by establishing performance standards and managing contractor adherence.
Manage multiple construction projects, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and representing the company with public officials.
Collaborate with facility management to align project scope and timelines, minimizing operational impact.
Monitor site progress and quality to meet design specifications and resolve outstanding issues.
Lead and develop teams through training, mentoring, and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating plans, removing obstacles, and supporting learning initiatives.
Expected travel 75% within the US

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
