Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Operations & Strategy Coordinator to support luxury beauty brand initiatives. This role is heavily administrative and operational, offering strong exposure to budgets, systems, logistics, and brand launch processes. Ideal for someone passionate about beauty brands and interested in learning behind-the-scenes operations.

Responsibilities

Manage budget trackers, process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and coordinate with internal and external vendors.

Support vendor onboarding and maintain clear communication across partners.

Create product orders, manage shipments, and communicate timelines for mailers and events.

Oversee inventory management of team product closets.

Organize and maintain internal document storage hubs and reporting systems.

Track project timelines and update dashboards for key stakeholders.

Support brand strategy initiatives including vendor briefs, influencer research, and campaign reporting.

Required Skill

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Comfortable working with administrative systems and reporting tools.

Ability to multitask, shift priorities quickly, and work autonomously.

Passion for luxury beauty brands and interest in building a career in the beauty industry.

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Pay rate: $34/hr.

Location- NEW YORK, NY 10001 (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM

Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
