What's a typical day as A&P Mechanic? You'll be:

Performing detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of aircraft parts and components.

Conducting operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions or failures on aircraft systems such as equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant, and engine controls.

Participating in flight tests and logging required work.

Interfacing with customers for delivery, preparing for delivery inspection, and resolving customer-discovered issues.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience, with hands-on helicopter experience required.

Possess a current FAA A&P license OR can qualify for a Repairman Certificate (requires 18 months of maintenance experience on manufactured helicopters).

Have Safran Turbomeca engine experience (preferred but not required).

Demonstrate general knowledge of standard practices and troubleshooting methods.

Are a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR regulations (e.g., U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or person covered under an ITAR license).
