Responsibilities Serves as technical authority and subject matter expert (SME) concerning inquiring management processes and dissemination of up-to-date information on EB-5 adjudications, implementation of legislations and court rulings. Assists in developing IPO related inquiry responses and updates/creates processes within the Inquiry Management Unit.
