Job Title: Full-Time and Seasonal Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to work as a hands-on Warehouse Associate supporting core warehouse operations through 2026. You will pick, pack, stock, and receive merchandise while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with a collaborative team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, directly contributing to a positive experience for customers.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise accurately to fulfill customer orders within established timelines.
Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify items, ensuring correct quantities and product details.
Label items and packages clearly and correctly to support efficient shipping and inventory tracking.
Perform quality control checks on orders to confirm accuracy, product condition, and proper packaging.
Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves and storage areas to maintain efficient product flow.
Assist with receiving incoming shipments, including unloading, verifying quantities, and staging items in designated areas.
Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparing pallets, staging outbound orders, and assisting with loading as needed.
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and, where qualified, forklifts to move products safely.
Handle materials and merchandise, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with warehouse safety standards.
Follow all warehouse procedures, including inventory control processes and safe material handling practices.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve inventory issues and support continuous workflow.
Adapt to changing priorities and assist in different areas of the warehouse as business needs require.
Essential Skills
Experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, stocking, and receiving merchandise.
Proficiency using RF scanners for picking, inventory control, and order verification.
Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying and staging shipments.
Material handling skills, including safely lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to operate pallet jacks and work around other material handling equipment safely.
Attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, labeling, and performing quality control checks.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including extensive walking and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
Reliability and willingness to work full-time or seasonal schedules with frequent overtime as needed.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using forklifts in a warehouse environment is a plus, where properly trained and authorized.
Previous experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, or distribution environments is beneficial.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with shifting priorities.
Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly shelves, storage areas, and staging zones.
Ability to adapt to different tasks across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and restocking as business needs change.

Work Environment
This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with significant physical activity throughout the day. You will spend much of your shift walking the facility, climbing stairs, and handling merchandise. There are two primary shifts: A shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and B shift runs from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with frequent overtime opportunities and occasional Saturday overtime as needed. The facility uses standard warehouse equipment, including RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools. The dress code allows comfortable, appropriate clothing such as shorts, and headphones are permitted when used with an iPod or iPad; phones and metal items are not allowed on the floor. The environment is active, team-oriented, and focused on safety, productivity, and clear communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
