Kelly® is seeking a motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team and work onsite at a leading chemical company in Spring, Texas. If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable employer, this is the role for you!

Location: Spring, TX

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Pay Rate: $25.50/hr. + OT (up to 10%)

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving & Processing: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against packing lists.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency (heavy lifting required).

Shipping: Correctly label packages and load them for transport.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels using scanners and OpenText Database. Organize products for easy access.

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following all safety regulations and procedures.

Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, man lifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.

Environment: Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and follow safety practices at all times.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, move pallets, climb ladders, and operate a forklift.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience with Warehouse Management, Materials Distribution, and Inventory Control.

Strong safety, security, and controls awareness.

Familiarity with SAP R/3 and standard warehousing technologies.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, procurement colleagues, and suppliers.

Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
