Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Answer and direct incoming calls in a thorough and courteous manner.

Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records.

Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.

Process accounts payable and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Enter and track invoices within the designated system.

Assist with administrative tasks related to municipalities as needed.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and manage spreadsheets.

Provide general administrative support to staff and management. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Experience in answering inbound calls and managing receptionist duties.

Knowledge of accounts payable processes and customer invoicing.

Familiarity with data entry and record management.

Background in working with municipalities is a plus.
