Job Description:

Under general direction, provides high level administrative services and secretarial support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Education :

High Diploma - Required

Experience:

Three years administrative support- Required

Two years Clerical Administrative Support- Required

Experience working in a Professional Work Environment- Preferred

Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).

Ability to learn new technologies and evaluate applicability and fit to Health System requirements.

Demonstrable proficiency in scheduling, planning, coordination, and the use of standard office equipment.

A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict timelines is required.

Team player and flexible.

Must be customer-focused and able to meet deadlines.

Excellent ability to interact effectively with leadership, staff and customers.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to be self-directed, professional, work on collaborative teams and be effective team player.

Able to exercise discretion and high confidentiality standards.

Temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months.

Work Shift:

08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$38.04 - $51.35

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

In addition, John Muir Health provides a number of primary care and outpatient services at 89 practice sites throughout the community and urgent care centers in Berkeley, Brentwood, Concord, San Ramon and Walnut Creek.
