Our client, a leader in manufacturing and formulation, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Formulation Manufacturing Technician II to join their team. As a vital member of the manufacturing operations, you will support the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to quality, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive organization.

Job Title: Formulation Manufacturing Technician II

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. Open to work Sunday to Wednesday.

What's the Job?

Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery and product lines to ensure continuous production.

Proactively identify defects or issues in manufacturing processes or products and report findings to supervisors or engineers.

Assist in routine maintenance tasks to uphold equipment performance and safety standards.

Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems to support quality control and compliance.

Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing efficiency and uphold safety protocols.

What's Needed?

Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Experience of 3-7 years in manufacturing or related fields.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members.

Willingness to work scheduled shifts and adapt to operational needs.
