Schedule: PRN | Rotating weekends, as well as Monday - Friday based upon scheduling needs. | 15+ hours per week

How you'll make an impact in this role

Orchestrate Supply Chain Excellence: Take full ownership of the equipment lifecycle-from strategic ordering and stocking to seamless transportation-ensuring the organization has the vital tools needed to succeed.

Optimize Inventory Health: Drive operational efficiency by maintaining precise stock levels, proactively troubleshooting discrepancies, and implementing best-in-class rotation practices to eliminate waste and maximize resource freshness.

Ensure Data Integrity & Reliability: Maintain meticulous tracking records and oversee logistics to guarantee 100% on-time delivery, providing a dependable foundation for daily operations.

Build High-Impact Partnerships: Serve as a key professional liaison between clinicians, administrators, and vendors, utilizing your communication skills to deliver exceptional service and foster a collaborative environment.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Prefer customer service, inventory or warehouse experience.
