We are seeking an entry level Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator to support Item Management activities for Government Furnished Property. This position serves as the primary interface between the customer, internal Item Management teams, and the Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider that operates the warehouse. The coordinator ensures that all material movements, transactions, and inventory updates are accurately processed within the customer's inventory system, supports asset visibility, and helps maintain compliance with Government furnished property requirements.
What You Will Do:
Act as the daily liaison between the 3PL warehouse team, internal Item Management personnel, and the customer.
Ensure all transactions are properly entered and maintained in the customer's inventory system, including data administration support.
Coordinate receiving and shipping transactions with the 3PL and verify that all inbound/outbound material activity is accurately reflected in customer's inventory system.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Inventory Control Point (ICP) to fulfill material requirements and maintain adequate on hand supply.
Process and track repair orders received from the ICP and update repair flow data in customer's inventory system, including estimated completion dates.
Coordinate updates to material data (add/remove parts, update technical data, etc.) within customer's inventory system.
Work with Item Management to obtain National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for new parts as required.
Support Field Service Representatives (FSRs) with local supply related requests or issues.
Coordinate physical inventories performed by the 3PL, ensuring compliance with requirement for at least twice annual counts.
Conduct periodic internal inventory audits and support semiannual site visits at the 3PL.
Ensure proper demilitarization processes are followed by the 3PL and required documentation is captured.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field by start date
Experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics concepts.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
Qualifications We Prefer
Internship or project experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory operations.
Exposure to Government-furnished property management or defense industry logistics is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to track multiple moving parts.
Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and external partners.
Ability to learn and operate logistics management systems.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
