Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact change analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive influence. This role is not traditional project management. It is enterprise change management - structuring complex risk initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving execution on the firm's most visible priorities. You will partner directly with Risk leaders and regularly support executive-level conversations, translating complex risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage risk management projects through planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with organizationalobjectivesand timelines.
Collaborate with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to define project requirements,identifyrisks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Assistin preparing executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex risk insights into actionable recommendations for senior management and board audiences.
Conduct ongoing analysis of risk trends through business monitoring, risk assessments, and data-driven evaluations, supporting continuous improvement in risk management practices.
Partners with other groups within Risk Management to ensure delivery of a cohesive product.
Develops andmaintainsan in-depth understanding of business areas, their products, and supporting functions.
Monitor regulatory changes and market events, proactively assessing their impact on ongoing projects and risk priorities.
Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, including status updates, key findings, and recommendations for process enhancements.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal stakeholders,facilitatingeffective communication and collaboration across teams.
Assistinidentifyingand evaluating key controls, remediation activities, and risk management issues, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
Contribute to a culture of engagement, adaptability, and continuous learning within the risk management team.

Educational/ Previous Experience Requirements
