Job Description
At U.S. Bank, our Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs) don't just manage portfolios - they build businesses, shape strategy, and drive growth for healthcare clients navigating today's complex financial landscape.
In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with revenues up to $50MM, owning the full client relationship from origination through long-term expansion. You'll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset-leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.
Key responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues up to $50MM
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystem
Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions exceeding $2.5MM , including lines of credit, term debt, buyouts, and commercial real estate
Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across:
Treasury Management
Payments
Credit Cards
Personal Wealth and Advisory partners
Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organization
Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience
Anticipate client needs by staying ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Seven or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
Healthcare and Practice Finance banking experience, including complex credit structuring
Experience with clinic- and center-based Commercial Real Estate transactions
Proven success developing new business and COIs within the healthcare industry
Experience managing loan structures larger than $2.5MM and complex credit requests
Background serving companies and practices with revenues up to $50MM
Demonstrated ability to partner across Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management teams
Strong knowledge of commercial credit and credit quality standards
Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and nCino
Agile, innovative problem-solver with sound judgment
Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
This role is posted remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $108,375.00 - $127,500.00
