Senior Physical Therapist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

A Senior Physical Therapist is a key player in providing exceptional patient care, mentoring colleagues, and driving program development. Expertise, leadership, and commitment to evidence-based practices will contribute to positive patient outcomes and team success. This position contains all the responsibilities of a staff physical therapist as well as the following specific responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
2 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy or
D.P.T.: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
Upon hire: APTA Member.
Upon hire: Achieve clinical specialization certification relating to clinical area of practice.
5 years Clinical experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
