Pay - $24 per hour - Temp to hire opportunity!

Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Experience in a laboratory setting preferred

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

Managing and organizing laboratory documents and files

Providing administrative support to the laboratory team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

Assisting front desk receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries

Maintaining and updating records for accuracy and accessibility

Coordinating with other departments to streamline administrative processes

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations regarding document management

Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity

Performing other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have proven experience in an administrative or document management role, preferably within a laboratory setting

Possess excellent writing and communication skills to draft clear and accurate reports

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Work independently as well as part of a team

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
