Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Spring, Texas. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small office environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys taking initiative. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, for document creation and data management.

Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members as required.

Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.

Answer inbound calls and direct them appropriately to ensure smooth communication.

Provide receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and maintaining an organized and attentive front desk presence.

Support the team in maintaining organized records and documentation.

Actively seek out additional tasks and responsibilities to contribute to the office's efficiency.

Work collaboratively with a team of 15 employees in an engineering-focused environment.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in a small office environment.
