Responsibilities for Operations Manager include but are not limited to:

· Design, launch, and improve operational programs

· Manage end-to-end projects, timelines, and deliverables

· Track KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to improve performance

· Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet goals

· Identify and implement automation and process improvements

Candidates for Operations Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Strong program and project management experience

· Data analysis and reporting skills

· Experience in process improvement and operations

· Marketing experience (required)

· Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

· Pay: $106.25 - $ 131.73/hr.

· Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $106.25 to $131.73 per hour
