Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Madison, New Jersey. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting sales advisors and ensuring smooth client interactions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing processes with precision.

Responsibilities:

Process client service requests efficiently, such as handling account transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, managing calendars to prevent conflicts and handling follow-up communications.

Prepare and process documentation for new accounts, beneficiary changes, and other client requests, ensuring all instructions are followed accurately.

Monitor and resolve any issues related to submitted forms and ensure all required actions are completed promptly.

Maintain detailed and organized notes on all client interactions and service activities.

Utilize CRM systems to track client data and manage service workflows.

Handle inbound client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.

Process cash activity requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client needs.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-focused environment.

Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data processing.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings without conflicts.

Familiarity with handling cash activity and related financial processes.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
