This position contributes to our vision by:
Capture the business needs and translate them into a solution
Preparation including means to access and feed the solution (printers, barcode readers,...)
Provide day-to-day functional & technical support to the Business Units already deployed with SHM (internal application) solution (run mode) using SEP ticketing systems
Monitor system alerts for already SHM deployed programs to anticipate any system malfunction
Analyze, challenge and answer defects/evolutions in a timely manner / escalate topics with elements required for the analysis and with the right priority into their/our ticketing system setting up cation plans
Identify Business Unit required evolutions that can impact Core Solution and coordinate short term to long term solutions
Support Business teams during UAT and go-live phases
Organization and execution of non-regression tests on performance, and analysis on deviation
Definition and test of back-up and recovery plan
Perform & maintain SHM solution set-up (including functional & technical settings)
Define and write functional requirements based on Business needs
Define and write functional & integration tests
Identify and define possible interfaces required with other systems
Define and share activity planning according to project macro planning
Provide visibility and escalate deviations to the eWInS team
Define and communicate action plan, in case of any deviations to converge to the initial plan
Enforce project quality rules and methodology

Candidate skills & requirements
At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
3+ years in the related field
Experience in Information Technology, Citrix, SQL, Data format (XML/CSV/XLS)
Knowledge of the IS world, ITIL processes, Writing/formalization, Project Management
Background on manufacturing process
