We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a well-organized office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role provides critical administrative support and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting, values accuracy, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys

Manage outgoing mail, including preparing mailings and shipping labels

Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files

Copy, scan, and electronically file documentation accurately

Prepare, assemble, and distribute documents for mailing or internal use

Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and printers

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Answer phone calls, manage schedules, and handle general inquiries

Assist with meeting deadlines and maintaining an organized office environment

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dependable work ethic with a strong commitment to confidentiality

Familiarity with basic data entry, document handling, and file management

Willingness to adapt and support the needs of a detail-oriented, professional office environment
