Administrative Assistant, Eatonton, GA

Interfor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Eatonton , GA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and organization. The pay rate for this position is up to $23.18 per hour based on skill and experience.

What You'll Do:

Answer and direct phone calls, manage emailcorrespondence, and distribute information to appropriate personnel.

Collate, sort, and distribute incoming mail.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriatestaff member.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and travelarrangements for mill employees.

Set up meeting rooms, prepare agendas, takeminutes, and follow up on action items.

Prepare and distribute letters, memos, reports,presentations, and other administrative documents.

Order office supplies, manage inventory levels,and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

Maintain general housekeeping and organization ofthe Main Office.

Provide ad hoc administrative support to HumanResources and Management, including periodic responsibilities that involvegoing into the mill.

Enter and maintain information in databases andspreadsheets.

Coordinate community engagement programs andemployee relations activities.

Keep inventory records organized, assist withmonthly physical inventory, and ensure documents are accurate and easy toretrieve.

Adhere to all safety regulations and companypolicies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

What You Offer:

Post-secondary education with some accounting experience preferred.

3-5 years of experience in an administrative ormanufacturing environment.

Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Ability to maintain a high level ofconfidentiality.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-starter with the ability to multitask,prioritize work, and function with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and time managementskills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills(both written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively in acollaborative environment.

Experience in purchasing and receiving is anasset.

Strong administrative and computer skills,including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;CMMS experience (EAM preferred).

Proficiency in operating general office equipment(calculator, phone, fax, copier, etc.).

Flexibility to work varying hours or days forinventory, events, or coverage needs.
