What you'll do:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business initiatives.
Lead efforts to identify and communicate goals, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities.
Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to enhance team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends, interpret data, and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
Drive sales activities by articulating product features and value propositions to meet customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build joint business plans and support revenue growth.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
