How you'll make an impact in this role

Provide direct patient care following established healthcare policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.

Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and documenting patient conditions.

Communicate patient status and execute physician and nursing orders accurately.

Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support patient discharge planning needs.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
