Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the department. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, preparing documents, supporting reporting needs, facilitating communication across teams, and assisting with general office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for a Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Administrative Support.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments.

Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports when required as well as all aspects of Operational Coordination.

Track and manage departmental deadlines, tasks, and project timelines.

Coordinate meeting logistics including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.

Support onboarding activities and administrative processes for new team members.

Assist with procurement of office supplies, materials, and service requests.Communication & Reporting: serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors.

Prepare weekly and monthly operational summaries or reports as needed.

Support data entry, recordkeeping, and updates to departmental systems.Other Duties such as support special projects and temporary initiatives as assigned.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed to support departmental objectives.Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Associates Degree * preferred or High School diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in a high functioning administrative role.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professionalism and discretion. *Preferred Skills: - Experience in corporate, automotive, or regional field operations environments.- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

ONSITE: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
