The Role: This is a high-energy, outdoor position. You will be the face of Lemus in local communities, helping homeowners identify maintenance needs and structural risks before they become expensive emergencies. You aren't "selling" at the door-you are providing homeowners with a Free, 1-Year Price Guarantee so they can budget for the future.

What You'll Do:

Territory Management: Use the industry's best GPS-based technology to manage and navigate local neighborhoods.

Consultative Marketing: Engage homeowners in professional conversations to highlight the benefits of our "Commercial-Grade" residential services.

Appointment Setting: Secure "No-Obligation" professional assessments for our senior project team.

Brand Representation: Maintain a sharp, professional image that reflects our nearly two decades of commercial success.

Location: Exton, PA (Field-based)
