Our client, an industry leader in document management and imaging solutions, is seeking a 2nd Shift Imaging Production Specialist to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Imaging Production Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting scanning, quality assurance, and document release processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Imaging Production Specialist

Location: Boyers, PA

Pay Range:16.50/hr

Shift: Afternoon shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with a half-hour arrival window between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

Operate scanners to process prepped cartons of documents efficiently and accurately

Verify the accuracy of scanned documents to ensure quality standards are met

Document files and release scanned materials to customers in a timely manner

Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment to minimize downtime

Adhere to safety and attire standards suitable for the working environment

What's Needed?

Ability to operate and troubleshoot scanners and related equipment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification

Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Minimum experience of 0 years; training will be provided
