Administrative Assistant (Cambridge, MA)

Keep the engine of service operations running seamlessly by driving accurate processing, billing, and reporting while partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve systems, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your role:

Leads the coordination and execution of complex service administration tasks, supporting high-value service contracts, ensuring all terms are meticulously documented, and that service delivery aligns with customer expectations.

Acts as the central liaison between service teams and customers, handling escalated issues with a focus on delivering swift, accurate resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understands implications of work, makes recommendations for solutions, and utilizes experience and in-depth knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks in resourceful and effective ways.

You're the right fit if:

High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Administrative Support, Service Operations or equivalent.

Salesforce Experience - nice to have

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in MA is $27-42/hr

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.??

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
