Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky. In this long-term contract role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and with attention to detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.

Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Process order entries with attention to detail and accuracy.

Maintain a positive and detail-oriented demeanor while addressing customer concerns.

Manage both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs.

Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up as required.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Uphold company standards for quality and service in every interaction.

Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer challenges.

Adapt to new systems and procedures as needed to enhance service delivery. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls.

Ability to perform accurate order entry tasks.

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
