Job Summary
Ardent Services, LLC
Participate, lead and mentor small group of craftsmen and apprentices in single day or half day effort installing, altering, adding or repairing electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within a certain scope of the project. Capable of supervising small crews of craft persons with guidance from Foreman.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work from drawings and diagrams.
Plan and Layout the work for the employees in small crew looking one or two days ahead.
Participate in and lead safety walk through onsite safety meetings.
Coordinate with Foreman to plan and support crew progress.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA Electrical Safe Work Practices
Knowledge of use, limitations and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment required for the assigned work.
Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with working form elevated work areas and personnel lift equipment.
Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with the assigned work including but not limited to Lockout/Tagout, Confined Spaces, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting, and Hazcom procedures.
